Currently, Teltonika Kazakhstan is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our Almaty, Kazakhstan office and to work with Telematics products and focus on selling Telematics products, such as but not limited to GPS devices.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the full cycle of sales in the assigned markets.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding potential leads
  • Be the local Sales Representative to champion the launch and expansion of our devices to the market
  • Reach out to new potential clients via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication
  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals
  • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact and frequent visits
  • Attend exhibitions/meetings to represent Teltonika and its products with solutions
  • Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU

  • Are fluent in Kazakh / Russian language skills (both spoken and written), as it will be your primary working languages
  • Have good English language skills (both spoken and written) - will be considered an advantage
  • Are an organized and results-oriented personality as well as have a challenge-driven approach
  • Are willing to travel within the country and abroad (when circumstances allow)

IDEALLY, YOU WILL ALSO HAVE

Experience in B2B sales of Telematics equipment (various tracking solutions) with results that you are proud of.
