Responsibilities:

Sales Manager is responsible for reaching out to organizations to secure internships or trainee/Intern placements. The intern/trainee will be placed for a period of 12-18 months in hospitality,
- Recruit Intern/Trainee position(s) with a host organization that meets the program requirements
- Meet with students and participants, do presentation and interviews.
- Explain the basics of the Intern and Trainee programs, as well as the host organization’s responsibilities
- Adhere to program guidelines screening the participants and host organization eligibility
- Guide the participants and host organization in developing the DS-7002 training plan
- Invoice for the program payment
- Professional - has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated - able to function as a productive member of a team
- Proactive - can respond to immediate situations and provide solutions
- Optimistic - able to maintain a positive and professional demeanour when engaging with others
- Advanced English Communication skills
- 2+ years of experience in the customer service, sales, or marketing field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel as well as the internet and social media
- Ability to use computerized systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Type of Position: Permanent Remote
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: 8 hours per day - flexible schedule - Work on your terms
- Location: Remote Tracked timing
