Sergek Group is a Kazakhstani group of IT companies. Our employees include software developers, computer vision and artificial intelligence experts, experienced project and product managers, systems analysts, business analysts, data analysts, financial, economic, and HR specialists, lawyers, procurement officers, HR, PR, and GR professionals.

We develop technologies in three main areas of Smart City — public and road safety, transportation, and ecology.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Government Sales experience: experience working with government agencies or in public sector sales;
  • ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals. Strong skills in market analysis, forecasting, and utilizing sales metrics;

  • proven track record in high-level negotiation and closing significant deals;

  • knowledge of the Central Asian market dynamics, including cultural, economic, and regulatory environments. Familiarity with the specific needs and operational challenges in these regions;

  • English (Upper - Intermediate), to effectively communicate with local clients and international partners.

Would be an asset:

Experience in the transportation, technology, or smart city solutions sectors. Understanding of digital infrastructure related to transport and traffic management would be highly beneficial.
